For the life of me I could not recall why I excluded the 3rd Level points last year and the year before. It doesn't work! I feel like I have this "revelation" every season? Anyway, I removed it from the calculations. Again. So weird that I forget this. I'll leave myself a note for next season.
Did you watch the games this weekend? What was the biggest surprise for you? I'm going with KState v OkState. The loss by the Cowboys was sorta surprising, but the score was completely ridiculous. Also surprising:
OSU v PSU - still waiting on the Buckeyes to play a complete game on both sides. Is it weird to say that their D played well when they gave up 500 yards?? They did. And while Tuimoloau it getting all the press, we should be talking about Zach Harrison.
ND over Syracuse - can't figure out the Irish this season.
UL over Wake - upsets happen, but a blowout is unexpected.
UCF over UC - Luke Fickell's D gave up 505 yards!

The Heels put a whuppin on #62 Pitt this week. They can win without Howell!
The Irirsh are hard to figure this year, but I think this is a reasonable result for first year HC Freeman.
